摘 要:目的探讨外科手术中激光的消融效应,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法 脉冲CO2激光非接触式点状照射猪皮肤组织,功率为1—25w,脉冲频率为60Hz,光斑直径为1.7mm,脉冲数为6。照射后样品立即用显微镜观察,4%戊二醛磷酸盐缓冲剂溶液固定,将固定好的样品沿激光照射的中轴切开,用读数显微镜测量消融凹陷的深度。结果组织消融凹陷形状较规则平整,与入射光束基本相似,均有炭化现象发生;实验获得了消融凹陷深度随光剂量的变化关系曲线,并给出了脉冲CO2激光的消融阈值范围。结论激光辐照参数对生物组织消融效应有重要的影响,通过合理选择激光辐照参数,CO2激光可以获得较好的切割和气化效果。Objective To discuss the laser ablation effect in surgery, and the ablation characteristics of biotissue by pulsed CO2 laser irradiation. Methods Porcine skin tissue in vitro was used in the experiment. Each specimen was in irradiated uncontacted pointed manner by pulsed CO2 laser( 10. 6 ~Lm). The power ranged from 1W to 25W,the repetition rate was 60Hz, and the spot size on the tissue surface was 1.7 ram. In order to generate craters deep enough for reliable location under the microscope and for accurate depth measurement, a total of six laser pulses were applied to each irradiated point. After irradiation, the samples were inspected under an optical micro- scope, all samples were fixed with a 4% glutaraldehyde phosphate buffer solution,and cut along with the axial of the laser irradiation and the depths of the ablation craters were measured with reading microscope. Results It was shown that CO2 laser produced regular ablation crater which was closely like the spatial contour of the incident beam. The curves of ablation crater depth versus laser fluence were obtained, the ablation threshold was also presented. Conclusions Irradiation parameters play an important role in tissue ablation. By appropriate choice of irradiation parameters, the comparative precise tissue ablation with CO2 laser can be achieved.
