摘  要:鼻腔内低强度激光照射治疗(intranasal low intensity laser therapy,ILILT)是光生物调节作用在鼻腔内的应用。本文在综述ILILT临床疗效的基础上,从自主神经、阳明经和血细胞三条途径讨论了ILILT的机制。如果只有自主神经功能不正常,可以康复自主神经功能,如果只有阳明经不正常,ILILT与激光针灸作用类似;如果只有血细胞功能不正常,ILILT类似于血管内低能量激光照射疗法。ILILT的总的疗效是上述三条途径的综合作用,可以降低β淀粉样蛋白、增加褪黑素合成、增加SOD活性、增加β内啡肽、降低红细胞异常率、降低CCK-8、降低低切血细胞比容及血细胞比容和降低血脂等。ILILT有可能对很多病种有效,但疗效的获得有待于剂量关系的研究、临床经验的积累和循证医学研究。Intranasal low intensity laser therapy (ILILT) is an intranasal photobiomodulation(PBM) modality. The clinical applications of ILILT are reviewed, and its mechanism is discussed in terms of the cellular rehabilitation of PBM from viewpoints of three pathways mediating ILILT, blood cells, Yangming channel and autonomous nervous system (ANS). Blood cells might be mediated by ILILT as an intravascular low energy laser therapy( ILELT). Two unhealth acupoints of Yangming channel inside nose might mediated by ILILT as is laser acupuncture. Dysfunctional ANS might be modulated and then mediate ILILT. These three pathways are integrated in ILILT so that serum arnyloid B-protein, malformation rate of erythrocytes, CCK-8, or serum lipid might decrease, and melanin production, SOD activity or β endorphin might increase after ILILT treatment. ILILT as a safe therapy might use on the besis of the previous study, but it should be further supported by randomized placebocontrolled trial.
