摘　　要：目的探讨风湿性二尖瓣狭窄外科闭式分离术后再狭窄患者行PBMV治疗的疗效及安全性。方法采用改良In-oue单球囊技术,对64例闭式分离术后风湿性二尖瓣再狭窄患者行PBMV治疗。结果二尖瓣口面积由(0.98±0.54)cm2增至(1.67±0.36)cm2(P<0.01),左房压由(29.34±6.21)mmHg降至(16.15±3.69)mmHg(P<0.01)。结论风湿性二尖瓣狭窄外科闭式分离术后再狭窄患者施行PBMV术是安全有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the effective and safety of percutaneous blloon mitral valvuloplasty （PBMV） on recurrent mitral valve restenosis （MS） after closed mitral commissurotomy （CMC）. Methods PBMV Sixty - four patients with mitral resistenosis after CMC downwent PBMV with the improved Inoue techniquts. Results After valvuloplasty, the area of mitral valve inceased form （0.98±0.54 ） cm^2 to （ 1.67±0.36 ） cm^2 （ P 〈 0.01 ） , a decline in mean left artrial pressure from （29.34±6.21 ） mmHg to （ 16.15±3.69） mmHg（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion PBMV is a safe and effective procedure for patients with recurrent mitral restenosis after CMC.
