摘  要:通过实验室静水养殖方法研究不同浓度Cu^(2+)胁迫对西施舌过氧化氢酶(CAT)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)3种酶活性以及成活率的影响。并研究最佳Cu^(2+)浓度0.06mg·L^(-1)条件下,Cu^(2+)对ACP和AKP活性影响随时间变化关系。结果表明,除Cu^(2+)在0.03 mg·L^(-1)外,实验组CAT活性均低于对照组。Cu^(2+)在0.03、0.06 mg·L^(-1)浓度条件下,西施舌体内ACP和AKP活性均高于对照组。而Cu^(2+)浓度在0.06mg·L^(-1)时ACP和AKP活性均最高。当Cu^(2+)浓度大于0.06mg·L^(-1)后,随着Cu^(2+)增加,ACP和AKP酶活性都有降低的趋势。In order to study the effect of Cu2+ on the activities of catalase (CAT),acid phosphates (ACP), alkaline phosphates (AKP) and survial rate of Coelomactra antiquata.The experiments were carried out within static systems.In the same time,this study researched the relationship between optimal Cu^(2+) condensation(0.06 mg. L^(-1)) and the activities of ACP and AKP of C.antiquata. The results shows that experimental group's CAT activities are lower than controlled group except Cu^(2+) condensation is 0.03 mg·L^(-1).When Cu^(2+)condensation is 0.03 mg·L^(-1) and 0.06 mg·L^(-1),the activities of ACP and AKP increase compared to controlled.Under the condition of Cu^(2+) condensation is 0.06 mg·L^(-1),both the activities of ACP and AKP are the highest.Cu^(2+)condensation exceed 0.06 mg·L^(-1),both the activities of ACP and AKP are de- creased with the increasing of Cu^(2+) condensation.
