摘　　要：PROTOS卷接机组的烟支输送系统采用的蜘蛛手机构传送臂存在着漏油问题,漏出的润滑油会进入负压通道,污染烟支。通过对蜘蛛手机构传送臂结构及漏油原因分析,提出改进方案如下:在传送臂中的油腔和负压通道之间增加一个隔离空腔,并在骨架油封前增加螺旋密封结构。改进后的蜘蛛手机构使油腔和负压通道完全隔离,减小了骨架油封两侧的压差,降低了发生泄漏的可能性,从根本上解决了蜘蛛手机构传送臂漏油的问题。Oil leak was a problem of transfer arm in spider mechanism in PROTOS cigarette making machine, the leaked oil would enter the negative pressure passage and pollute cigarette. By analyzing the mechanism and causes of oil leak, the mechanism was improved as following： arranging a cavity between the oil chamber and negative pressure passage in transfer arm and a spiral labyrinth seal in front of bracket oil seal. After improving, the oil chamber was completely isolated from the negative pressure passage, the pressure difference between the two sides of bracket oil seal was reduced, and the possibility of oil leak was decreased.
