急性利培酮中毒救治的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急性利培酮中毒的发病机制和治疗措施。方法选择急性利培酮中毒患者18例,应用洗胃、补液、利尿及对症处理等综合治疗。结果经综合措施治疗,18例患者均痊愈出院。结论综合救治措施是抢救急性利培酮中毒的有效方法。Objective To study the pathogenic mechanism and the treatment of acute risperidone poisoning. Methods 18 patients with acute risperidone poisoning were selected from the department of emergency of the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi Medical University between January 2001 and June 2007, the treatments included gastrolavage, fluid infusion, diuresis and expectant treatment. Results 18 cases were all cured after treatment. Conclusion It suggests that comprehensive treatment is an effective method for acute risperidone poisoning.
