金铁锁镇痛有效部位的分离提取及活性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨金铁锁的镇痛作用及镇痛活性部位。方法:用热板法、扭体法观察金铁锁各提取分离物对昆明种小鼠的镇痛作用。结果:金铁锁70%乙醇总提取物与金铁锁总皂苷对扭体法模型有明显的镇痛作用。结论:金铁锁具有明显镇痛作用,其镇痛作用部位可能在外周,镇痛成分与所含的总皂苷有关。Objective： The main aim was to discuss the pain - relieving effects of active site of Psammosilene Tunicoides root （PTR）. Methods： Different extractions of PTR were obtained and the analgesic effect of PTR was observed with hot-plate method and writhing method in mice. Results： The results showed that, as for the extraction from 70% Ethanol and the total saponins of PTR, significant analgesic effect was observed in writhing method model rather than in hot-plate method. Conclusion： The results suggested that PTR has analgesic effect, and the targets of which possibly exists in periphery, and the analgesic ingredient in PTR may be associated with total saDonins.
