摘 要:目的:考察细辛挥发油对大黄藤素小鼠体外经皮渗透的影响。方法:用改良的Franz扩散池进行透皮吸收实验,以氮酮为对照,紫外分光光度法测定大黄藤素的含量。结果:不同浓度的促透剂中5%细辛油,5%氮酮的促透效果最好,5mg/mL大黄藤素加入以上促透剂后24h平均累积渗透量分别为5276.62,5068.87μg/cm2;6h平均透皮速率常数分别为219.89,221.44μg/cm2·h;增渗倍数分别为1.0326,1.3217。结论:5%细辛挥发油对大黄藤素有较强的促透皮作用。Objective: To investigate the enhancing effects on volatile oil of Herba Asari on the permeation of Palmatine Hydrochloride through mouse skin in vitro. Methods: A test of enhancing effect of varying concentrations of volatile oil of Herba Asari on the permeation of Palmatine Hydrochloride was conducted by an improved Franz diffusion cells and compared with Azone, the content of Palmatine Hydrochloride was detected with ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results: In the varying concentrations of penetration enhancers 5% volatile oil of Herba Asari and 5 % Azone had the obvious enhancing effect of the permeation of Palmatine Hydrochloride in Vitro when the saline was used as receptor, The average cumulative doses of skin permeation of Palmatine Hydrochloride (5 mg/mL) for 24 hours were 5 276.62 and 5 068.87 μg/cm^2 respectively; their rate constants of skin permeation for 6 hours were 219. 89 and 221. 44μg/cm^2·h respectively; and their multiple of anatonosis were 1. 0326 and 1. 3217 respectively. Conclusion: 5% volatile oil of Herba Asari possesed the better effects of enhancement the permeation of Palmatine Hydrochloride in vitro.
