润燥护鼻乳膏对牛蛙口腔黏膜纤毛功能的影响

摘　　要：通过药理实验观察润燥护鼻乳膏对牛蛙口腔黏膜纤毛运动功能的影响。方法:观察给药前后4min和8min在体牛蛙上腭黏膜上石墨颗粒的移动速率(mm/min),观察两组动物给药后牛蛙口腔黏膜纤毛维持自身摆动的时间(min),并进行组间比较。结果:给药前后的牛蛙口腔黏膜的纤毛传输速率和纤毛摆动的时间比较用两样本t检验,具有显著的统计学意义,结论:润燥护鼻乳膏能促进牛蛙口腔黏膜纤毛功能。Objective： Through pharmacological experiment to observe the medicinal plaster for defend and moisten nose effect on the function of bullforgs＇oral mucosa ciliary movement. Methods： To observe the administration posteroanterior 4min and 8min Graphite pellet move on in vivo frogs＇oral mucosa and compute the migration rate （mm/min）, After administration to observe two group of bullforgs＇oral mucosa ciliary＇s self - pendular time （min）, and to group comparison. Results： To compare administration anteroposterior the frogs＇oral mucosa ciliary＇s transmission rate and self - pendular time with Two Samples T Test, witch has striking statistical significance. Conclusion ： The medicinal plaster for defend and moisten nose can promote function of bullfrogsoral mucosa cilia.
