前列冲剂治疗前列腺增生症膀胱逼尿肌功能受损的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察前列冲剂治疗前列腺增生症膀胱逼尿肌功能受损的临床疗效。方法:以尿动力学检查逼尿肌收缩力分级为极弱(VW)和弱减(W-)、弱加(W+)的前列腺增生症患者为主要观察对象,随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组服前列冲剂,对照组服通尿灵,8周为1疗程,观察1疗程。结果:治疗组临床显效率为33.3%,总有效率为76.6%;对照组临床显效率为16.7%,总有效率为66.7%(P<0.05)。治疗组Ⅰ-PSS评分、膀胱剩余尿量平均减少均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在促进膀胱逼尿肌收缩力恢复方面较对照组有更好的效果,有22例73.3%)的患者膀胱逼尿肌收缩力级别增高一级以上,而对照组则只有9例(30.0%)增高一级以上。结论:以益气补肾、祛瘀通窍为主的前列冲剂是治疗前列腺增生症所致逼尿肌收缩功能受损的一个安全、有效的制剂。Objection： To observe clinical curative effect of QianLie soluble preparation （ main composed of honey-fried Radix Astragali, Dodder Seed, Twotoothed Achyranthes Root, Cassia Bark, Pangolin Scale, Leech, Combined Spicebush Root, etc. ） of treating the insufficient of musculus detrusor vesicae cased of BPH： Method： We made the BPH patients whose grade of detrusor contractility is very weak （VW）, weak - （ W - ）, and weak ＋ （W ＋ ） , which diagnosed by urodynamic study examination, as our main objects. We divided them into treat group and control group with random comparison method. There were 30 cases in every group. The treat group took QianLie soluble preparation, and control group took Tedenan. We made 8 weeks as one course of treatment and used one course of treatment to observe. Results： the clinical healing rate is up to 33.3% , total effective rate is 76. 6% in treat group; while in control group is 16. 7% and 66. 7% respectively （P 〈0. 05）. Treat group is better than control group in Ⅰ - PSS and reducing residual urine volume in bladder. （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Treat group is better than control group in improving detrusor contractility. There were 22 （73.3%） patients＇ detrusor contractility were improved to grade 1 and only 9 cases （30.0%） in control group. Conclusion： QianLie soluble preparation, which is used to replenish qi, and supple the kidney, and remove blood stasis, and induce resuscitation, has been confirmed that it is a safe and effective preparation in treating insufficient detrusor muscle contractile function cased of BPH.
