摘  要:[目的]比较小麦品种之间的抗盐性差异。[方法]以新春16号、新春9号、塔城大头和黑芒春麦为材料,研究不同浓度的NaCl和Na2SO4混合盐胁迫对小麦种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响。[结果]随着混合盐浓度的增加,4个小麦品种的种子发芽率、苗期株高、幼苗根长、发根数、幼苗鲜重及活力指数都呈下降趋势,都和盐浓度呈极显著的负相关。200 mmol/L的混合盐浓度对4个小麦品种株高的抑制率达69%~80%,对根长的抑制率达80%~95%,此浓度下,新春16号的发芽率为94.00%。[结论]新春16号的耐盐性较强,可直接在盐碱地种植,黑芒春麦可作抗盐育种的亲本加以利用。[Objective] The aim of the research was to compare the salt-resistance differences among different wheat varieties.[Method] With Xinchun 16,Xinchun 9,Tacheng Big-end and Heimang spring wheat as materials,the effects of the mixed salt stress with different concn.of NaCl and Na2SO4 on the seed germination and seedling growth of wheat were studied.[Result] With the increasing of the concn.of the mixed salt,the seed germination rate,plant height in seedling stage,seedling root length,root number,fresh weight of seedling and vigor index of 4 wheat varieties all showed decreasing trends and had extremely significant negative correlation with salt concentration.The inhibition rate of the mixed salt with the concn.of 200 mmol/L on the plant height in 4 wheat varieties reached 69%~80% and the inhibition rate on root length reached 80%~95%.Under this concn.,the germination rate of Xinchun 16 was 94.00%.[Conclusion] Xinchun16 had stronger salt-resistance and could be planted in saline-alkali land.Heimang spring wheat could be utilized by being taken as the parental variety in the breeding of wheat varieties with salt-resistance.
