摘 要:分析湖南省夏秋干旱期的天气形势,结合雷达回波资料,得出该时期湖南省人工增雨外场作业有利天气形势,并且对人工增雨有利条件给出了宏观、微观判别指标。针对积云的地面人工增雨作业,分析有关多普勒天气雷达资料,得出指挥地面人工增雨作业的雷达判别指标。研究表明,湖南省夏秋干旱期人工增雨作业对象主要是积状云,尤其是有利天气形势背景下积层混合云中夹杂的对流云。Based on the weather situations of summer or autumn drying periods in Hunan province and combined the data of radar echo,it was educed that such two periods were the advantageous weather situations suitable to the outfield operation of artificial precipitation enhancement and the macroscopic and microcosmic judging indexes for the favorable conditions of artificial precipitation enhancement were given.Aiming at the ground operation of artificial precipitation enhancement for cumulus,through analyzing concerned Doppler data comprehensively,the radar judging indexes were educed to command the ground operation of precipitation enhancement.The research indicated that the object of artificial precipitation enhancement operation in summer or autumn drying periods in Hunan province was mostly cumulus,especially the convection cloud included in mixed convective-stratiform clouds under the background of advantageous weather situation.
