摘　　要：论述了纳米复合永磁合金的基本概念、组织结构及磁性能的特点，分析了成分、工艺对其组织及性能的影响；介绍了国内外对该类合金的研究发展情况。This article introduces basic conception, microstructure and properties of nanocomposite permanent magnetic alloys. Effect of chemical composition and technology on microstructures and properties of the nanocomposite permanent magnetic alloys are discussed. Some recent studies on the nanocomposite permanent magnetic alloys are reviewed.
