一组等价的普通话音位平衡单音节短表的总体信度

摘　　要：目的对经过等价性验证的一组新编普通话音位平衡单音节短表的总体信度做出评价。方法对依照音位平衡等原则编撰的30张普通话单音节短表(每表25个单音节),进行数字化录音和言语声级的均一化处理,刻录成实验用CD。实验采用二因素(言语声级、测试表的顺序)重复测量设计:言语声级及测试表的顺序,在所有60名听力正常受试者中均衡排布,每一受试者均变换6种强度(12、18、24、28、34、40dBSPL)以循环顺序聆听一遍全部30张单音节表。计算每表每一声级下的言语识别率得分,并进行表间等价性的统计分析。结果对等价的22张表在各声级下的得分进行"合理化"的反正弦变换,得出该套表的总体信度指标——识别率的总体标准差为7.6%,95%置信度下的临界差值为21.2%。结论该组22张音位平衡的普通话单音节短表可满足临床对实用性和可靠性的要求。Objective To evaluate the reliability of Mandarin phonemic-balanced monosyllabic lists. Methods Thirty Mandarin phonemic-balanced monosyllabic lists （25 syllables in each list） were digitally recorded with monosyllabic items normalized. Two-way（intensity and list number） repeated measures was adapted as experimental design. Sixty normal-hearing young adults were recruited to repeat as many syllables which they heard as possible. Syllablc lists were counterbalanced across six intensities（5, 11, 17, 21, 27, 33 dB SPL） and across participants. Recognition scores in individual intensities for each list were calculated in order to analyze list equivalence via MANOVA. Results The scores of twenty-two equivalent lists was transformed into＂Rationalized＂ arcsine unit （RAU）, then the standard deviation of RAU were pooled across participants, intensities and lists as an index of grand reliability. The value of 7.6% represents the score variability due to a combination of differences in true list difficulty and random measurement error within a subject. The critical difference which must be exceeded for a difference between two scores based on single lists to be significant at the 95% confidence level is 21.2%. Conclusion The set of 22 Mandarin phonemic-balanced monosyllable lists can be accepted in view of short and reliable requirement in clinical practice.
