摘　　要：本文从基于水轮机内特性的过渡过程计算理论出发,根据具体情况选用不同的刚性计算理论或弹性计算理论,选用VC++计算机编程语言,实现了在Windows界面下的参数输入,具有良好的人机交互形式,使复杂的参数输入和计算过程变得简单易行。This paper uses C＋＋ program language and carries out the parameter input from windows interface which has well person and computer alternation form and make complex parameter input andcalculation be simple, based on transition process calculation theory of inner characteristics of the turbine and choosing different rigid and elasticity theory according to concrete condition.
