摘 要:本研究以湖南农业大学苎麻研究所选育的"多倍体一号"为材料,采用膨胀珍珠岩盆栽试验与大田试验相结合,系统研究了不同氮素水平、多效唑浓度、收获期对苎麻根系生长的影响。主要的研究结果如下:在一定的浓度范围内,施氮和喷施多效唑均能促进苎麻根系生长,能极显著提高苎麻根冠比,能极显著提高苎麻根系活力,能增高苎麻根系POD活性;随着收获期的推迟,苎麻根系重量呈现下降趋势,苎麻根系活力极显著下降,苎麻根系过氧化物酶活性逐渐下降。In this research, the ramie variety--Tri-1 ,bred by Institute of Ramie Research of Hunan Agricultural University, was selected to serve as experiment material. Pot experiment and field experiment were conducted to study the effect of nitrogen applied in different levels, concentration of PP333 and harvest period on the roots in ramie. The main research results were as follows: Applying nitrogen and PP333 could promote the root growth of ramie and significantly improve the root-top ratio, root activity and root POD activity in ramie; the weight of ramie root showed a downward trend and ramie root activity decreased significantly and ramie roots POD activity was gradually declining with the extension of the harvest period.
