摘　　要：构建和谐医患关系是促进医院健康发展的基础,倡导人文关怀是架起医患关系的桥梁。执业药师通过沟通、理解、信任等方面拉近医患之间的距离,从而提高患者用药的依从性,促进临床合理用药。Constructing the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients is the foundation to accelerate healthy development of hospital. The core to sparkplug ＂humanistic care＂ is to promote pharmaceutical care the distance between doctors and patients through communication, comprehension and confidence, which can increase patients＇compliance of administering drugs and facilitate doctors＇reasonable prescription.
