摘　　要：目的:通过对比分析某军队医院医改前后军队人员住院医疗费用的变化,探讨医改对军队伤病员住院费用的影响。方法:采用SPSS 13.0软件,对医改前后2002—2006的住院医疗费用数据进行了汇总、比较和分析。结果:①2002—2006年各年度军队伤病员住院费用不同种类医疗项目构成比差异有显著统计学意义;②各年度军队伤病员住院总费用中不同身份构成比差异有显著统计学意义。结论:军队医疗保障制度改革现阶段工作运行顺利:①军队医改目的初步实现;②医疗费用结构趋于合理;③医改保障重点得以突出;④药品费用控制亟待改进。Objective： By comparing the change of soldiers＇ hospitalization expenses in a military hospital before and after the military hospitals reformed, the effect of military health care system reform on soldiers＇ hospitalization expense was discussed. Materials and methods： Using SPSS 13.0 software, the author collected, compared and analyzed the materials from inpatient from 2002 to 2006. Results：①There were obviously significant differences in treatment item constitutes ratio of total expense from 2002 to 2006. ②There were obviously significant differences in identity constitutes ratio of total expense in hospitalizations from 2002 to 2006. Conclusion ：The information suggested that ： ① The reform of military health care system achieves the results initially. ② The structure of medical treatment expense is reasonable . ③ The emphasis of military health care system reform has been enforced. ④ The reedieine expense should be controlled more perfectly.
