摘  要:医院发展依赖于科技创新人才,要加强医学人才科技创新能力建设,必须把重点放在提高科技创新能力上。本文主要探讨通过多途径提高医学人才的科技创新能力:①发挥主观能动性;②完善激励机制、竞争机制、导向机制、保障机制、培训机制等动力机制;③建立高标准的科研支撑条件体系。最后提出,对医学人才科技创新能力进行评价具有重要意义,构建科学合理的评价体系是科技管理部门的重要任务。The development of hospital depends on the medical personnel of scientific and technological innovation. The emphasis must be put on enhancing the innovation capabilities of science and technology which could realize by following means:①Bring their own subjective initiative into play;②Perfect dynamic mechanism as incentive mechanism, competitive system, guidance mechanism, support mechanisms, etc ; ③Establish a scientific research support system a high standard. At last it was pointed out that evaluating innovating capability was of great siguificances, and at present the main task is to set up a scientific and rational evaluated system.
