摘　　要：本文对军队医疗卫生单位构建和谐医院进行了探讨,提出:一是认清形势,深刻理解把握构建和谐医院的重要意义;二是确立标准,坚持以和谐理念破解发展前进中的难题;三是提升内涵,完善促进和谐医院稳步发展可行性制度。The experience of military hospitals was summarized to build harmonious hospitals ： Firstly, recognize the situation and deeply understand the significances of constructing harmonious hospitals; Secondly, establish the standards and insist the harmonious ideas to solve the problems during the period of advancement and development. Thirdly, upgrade the connotation and perfect feasible system to improve the development of harmonious hospitals steadily.
