摘  要:基于城市河口水文、生态和景观要素,提出以水空间为主导的设计研究与量化研究相互支撑的城市设计方法.在高程基准统一、潮位订正及年高潮位频率分析基础上,采用ArcGIS辅助高程规划;运用雨、潮水动力规律,采用数值和图像模拟方法,进行河口湿地生态修复与再开发用地水空间设计、生态建设与再开发时序规划、水系统安全性与低水位景观适宜性模拟.规划水系统枯水景观良好,且可耐受100年一遇潮位过程合并100年一遇24 h暴雨过程.设计方法与步骤适用于中潮河口地区.A water-focused, simulation-based urban design methodology, with respect to hydrological, ecological and landscape features, was illustrated by a case adjacent to port areas which are vulnerable to storm tide inundations and sensitive to water level changes. The existing and planned terrain was modeled via ArcGIS based on the height datum unification, tide level adjustment and annual high tide frequency analysis. Computer and manual simulations were applied to the tide or storm-fed water spaces design, redevelopment phases planning in accordance with the estuarine wetlands recreation and, verification on the security and visual amenity in high and low water level scenarios. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed water system can survive a 100 a-year storm tide event while aesthetically acceptable in a low tide, dry weather situation. Although the water sensitive urban design (WSUD) is site specific, the design methods and procedures suggested herein are applicable to other meso-tidal urban estuaries.
