摘 要:通过连续监测2004—2005年天津滨海新区一个再生水河道中沉水植物的生物量和水质的变化,研究了再生水河道中川蔓藻的季节生长变化以及生长变化的原因.结果表明:川蔓藻在河道中每年有两个季节生长高峰,但在两年期间川蔓藻的生物量显著减少,2004年的最大生物量达到170.4 g(DW)/m^2,2005年的最大生物量只有55.4 g(DW)/m^2.川蔓藻植株体中氮和磷的含量也随季节变化.川蔓藻对再生水中的氮和磷有明显富集,氮的含量最高达5.042%.磷是0.956%.Seasonal growth of Ruppia maritima was investigated by monitoring monthly the biomass changes of submerged macrophytes and water quality in a reclaimed wastewater river in Tianjin Binhai New Area from 2004 to 2005. It was found that there were two seasonal growth peaks of Ruppia maritima each year in the reclaimed wastewater river. Biomass of Ruppia maritima reduced significantly for a 2-year period, the peak biomass of 2004 reached 170.4 g(DW)/m^2, and the peak biomass of 2005 was only 55.4 g(DW)/m^2. The contents of nitrogen and phosphorus of Ruppia maritima varied with the season.Moreover, nutrients in the reclaimed wastewater river were enriched by Ruppia maritima.The contents of nitrogen and phosphorus in the tissue of Ruppia maritima were up to 5.042% and 0.956%, respectively.
