腹膜透析患者的生活质量评价

摘　　要：目的评估腹膜透析患者生活质量的状况,探讨其影响因素。方法采用SF-36量表对105例腹膜透析患者进行问卷调查,进行对比分析。结果无论男女,腹膜透析患者SF-36得分差异无显著性;腹膜透析患者青年组SF-36总分以及多个分支领域明显高于中老年组,而中老年组之间差异无显著性。腹膜透析患者SF-36得分在透析的前2年比较平稳,但2年后呈明显下降趋势;伴有2种以上疾病的腹膜透析患者SF-36得分与其他腹膜透析患者比较差异具有显著性。结论SF-36能综合评价腹膜透析患者的生活质量;腹膜透析不仅适合老年患者,更适合年轻患者和女性患者;慢性肾衰竭患者一体化治疗的前2年可考虑首选腹膜透析;腹膜透析患者的生活质量受年龄、透析时间及伴发疾病的影响,但影响程度和各个领域不同。[Objective] To evaluate the life quality （QoL） of peritoneal dialysis （PD） patients, and investigate the factors affect it. [Methods] By using the FM 36-item short form heath survey, inquring investigate in 105 peritoneal dialysis patients was conducted, and comparative analysis was made. [Results] No difference in SF-36 between male and female in PD patients was observed; QoL in the young patient group was higher than that in the middle age group and elder group, but no difference in QoL between the middle age group and elder group was found; The trend of QoL was stable in the first two years of initial dialysis, but SF-36 was lower and lower in two years; The QoL of PD patients with complications was lower than others. [Conclusion] The SF-36 can evaluate synthetically the QoL of PD patients; PD is suitable not only in the elder patients but also in the young patients and female patients; PD may be the first initial therapy of integrated therapentic model of ESRD patients in early term; Age, dialysis term and complications may impact QoL in different ways.
