摘 要:采用自行设计制作的混凝土早期自收缩测试装置,研究了混凝土配合比参数(胶凝材料用量、水胶比、砂率)、掺合料、减水剂种类等对早期自收缩的影响。实验结果表明,粉煤灰与减缩剂能有效降低混凝土的早期自收缩;随水胶比的增大,混凝土自干燥收缩逐渐降低;混凝土的自干燥收缩是随着胶材用量的增大而增大的;此外,在水胶比和其它配合比参数不变的条件下,存在着一个最佳的砂率。With using of an apparatus designed and developed by authors, the influences of proportioning parameters ( binder content, water-binder ratio, percentage of and), mineral admixture and kinds of water reducer on the early self-shrinkage of HPC were experimentally studies. The rezuhs show that, the fly ash and contraction-reducer can effectively reduce the early self-shrinkage of concrete, and the early self-shrinkage is decreased with the increasing of water binder ratio, but increased with the increasing of binder content. Besides, there is the most excellent percentage of sand when the proportioning parameters of concrete, water binder ratio and others are under unchanging.
