摘  要:为了调查氨合成废热锅炉管束泄漏的原因,对失效的不锈钢换热管中裂纹宏观形貌、金相组织、管材化学成分和腐蚀产物成分,以及换热管运行环境进行了综合分析。结果表明,换热管开裂的性质为高温水中Cl-引起的不锈钢应力腐蚀,并提出了相应的预防措施。The comprehensive failure analysis was taken to investigate the leakage initiation of heat exchange tubers in the heat - recovery boiler for ammonia synthesis. The micro appearance of cracks in tubes, metallographic structure, chemical composition of the tube material and the corrosion products were analyzed. The operation conditions of the heat exchange tube were also illuminated. The results shows that the stress corrosion cracking(SCC) ,which induced by the Cl^- in high temperature water in the boiler, resulted in the leakage of tubes. The prevention method was proposed for this equipment.
