摘　　要：原料芴经硝化、还原得到2-氨基芴,再与3-甲酰基色酮缩合得到相应的席夫碱化合物,利用IR,1H NMR和MS证实了目标化合物的结构,经体外抗活性研究表明,该席夫碱化合物有较强的抑菌活性.2 - aminofluorene was synthesized using the nitration, reduction of fluorine. The condensation of 2 - aminofluorene with 3 - formylchromone gave the corresponding new schiff bases, and the structure was confirmed by IR,^1H NMR and MS. The results showed that the compound of schiff bases displayed potential antibacterial activity.
