摘 要:本研究设计大尺寸柱式拉伸试件,通过电化学锈蚀方法使其快速锈蚀,用电液伺服动力加载系统进行动态拉伸试验。采用钢筋开槽内贴片的方法测量钢筋应变沿锚固长度的变化,外贴片测量混凝土外表面应变,并在加载端和自由端安装千分表量测两端滑移。基于动态拉伸试验结果,得出了锈蚀钢筋与混凝土粘结应力分布的时程变化规律;研究了锈蚀程度对粘结应力分布的影响规律;建立了动荷载下锈蚀钢筋混凝土的粘结滑移本构关系。Large size column-type tension specimens were poured. After being cured three months, these specimens were under accelerated corrosion by the electro chemical method. Dynamic tension tests were carried on with the electro fluid servo system. Strain gauges in the internal groove of steel bars were used to measure the strains of steel bars. Strain gauges glued on concrete surfaces were used to measure the strains of concrete surface. The slips at the loading end and the free end of the steel bar were measured by the electro displacement dial-gauge. Based on the results of dynamic tension tests, the laws of distribution of bond stress with time were studied, and that with corrosion were discussed. According to the test data the constitutive relationship of the bond stress and relative slip of corroded bars and concrete has been established.
