摘　　要：在对四川省已建成高速公路进行社会效益的评价中,用到了现有的两种高速公路社会效益评价方法:一是基于高速公路与区域经济互动关系的定性分析方法,分析高速公路网对区域经济社会发展的综合影响;二是基于消耗系数的定量计算方法,测算全省高速公路网所带来的社会效益。该评估可为今后高速公路的规划、建设与发展提供决策支持。The social benefits of expressway in Sichuan province are evaluated on the basis of analysis and study of the present evaluation methods of social benefits for expressway. During the evaluation, two methods are put forward. The first one is qualitative analysis based on the inter-reaction between expressway and regional economy, which is to analyze the general impact of expressway network on the development of regional economy and society. The second one is quantitative analysis based on the consumption coefficient, which is to measure the social benefits caused by the expressway network in Sichuan province. This evaluation will provide decision-making support for the planning, construction and development of expressway in future.
