摘 要:采用吡咯并吡咯二酮类C.I.颜料红254,以聚苯乙烯-聚丙烯酸二嵌段共聚物(PS-PAA)作为分散树脂,同时添加改性硅表面活性剂,在有机溶剂中搅拌、研磨分散。同时研究了球料比(质量比)、研磨时间对其分散效果的影响。结果表明:当球料比为1~1.2:1,研磨时间为4h时,可得到平均粒径小于100nm、粒度分布较窄的颜料分散体系。并采用激光动态散射法、扫描电镜、透射电镜、分光光度计对实验结果进行了表征。In this issue the method of preparing pigment-dispersed compositions is illustrated, and the influencing factors are analyzed. The mentioned pigment-dispersed compositions containing C. I. Pigment Red 254 can be prepared using the block copolymers of polystyrene and poly acrylic acid, accompanied with a modified silicon surfactant. After the pigment, dispersing poly resin, surfactant and solvent are mixed in a high-speed mixing machine, the mixture is grinded in a bead mill. The experiments show the average diameter of the dispersed pigments will be less than 100 nm, and with narrow distribution, when the mass ratio of zirconia bead to the mixture is 1-1.2 : 1, and the process time is 4 h. The characteristics of the compositions are measured by laser scattering method, SEM and TEM.
