摘 要:目的了解近期(3年内)接种麻疹疫苗母亲所生婴儿6月龄时麻疹抗体情况,探讨控制低年龄组儿童麻疹发病措施。方法采用ELLSA方法对156例近期接种麻疹疫苗母亲所生婴儿(6月龄)及对照组婴儿采集静脉血进行麻疹抗体检测与分析。结果对156例近期(3年内)接种麻疹疫苗的母亲所生婴儿6月龄时,麻疹抗体阳性93人,阳性率为59·62%。对照组156名婴儿中,麻疹抗体阳性35名,阳性率22·44%。经过x2检验,有显著性差异(x2=44·56,p<0·005)。结论对育龄妇女进行麻疹疫苗的加强免疫,能够提高其所生婴儿的母传抗体阳性率。建议对接近婚龄的女青年接种麻疹疫苗,保护麻疹疫苗初免前的小月龄儿童。Objective The study was to find out the 6 moon's age babies' antibody levels of measles in 3 years whose mother had been vaccinated the measles and discuss the prophylactico-therapeutic measures to control the pathogenic mechanism of measles in low moon's age group.Methods 156 6 moon's age babies whose mother had been vaccinated the measles recently were detected their antibody levels of measles of venous blood by ELLSA and compared with the control group.Results The results showed that among 156 6 moon's age babies there were 93 babies' antibody were positive in treatment group and its positive rate was 59.62% and there were 35 in control and its positive rate was 22.44%.It's significant high in treatment group compared with the control(p〈0.05).Conclusion The study showed it should be strengthened the vaccination of measles vaccine to the women of child-bearing age to increasing there babies' antibody positive rate from their mother and to protect the low moon's age babies before initial immunization.
