硝苯地平控释片和舒氟美联合治疗喘息型慢性支气管炎的临床作用

摘　　要：目的探讨硝苯地平控释片与舒氟美联合使用对喘息型慢性支气管炎的治疗作用。方法选择典型喘息型慢性支气管炎137例,随机分成两组,其中治疗组72例,口服硝苯地平控释片(每次30mg,1次/d)与舒氟美(l00mg,1次/12h);对照组65例,口服舒氟美(l00mg,1次/12h),其它辅助治疗方法相同,一周为一个疗程。观察咳嗽、喘息和哮鸣音的变化。结果治疗组患者咳嗽、喘息和哮鸣音的显效率分别达到36·1%、37·5%和34·7%,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0·05),总有效率分别达到93·1%、94·4%和93·1%,与对照组比较有极显著性差异(P<0·01)。结论硝苯地平控释片与舒氟美联合使用对喘息型慢性支气管炎有良好的治疗作用。Objective To investigate the treatment effect on asthma chronic bronchitis with suspended releasing Nifedipine and Shufumei （long acting theophyline）. Methods 137 asthma chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups. Therapy group （ n = 72） were treated with suspended releasing Nifedipine 30 mg qd and Shufumei 100 mg q12 h; Comparison group （n =65） were treated with Shufumei 100 mg q12 h. The following assistant treatment was the same in two groups for one week. The body character （ chough, asthma and wheezed sound） were observed at the same time. Results The obvious effective rate of cough, asthma and wheezed sound reached 36. 1%, 37. 5% and 34.7% in therapy group, respectively, there were obvious difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） between therapy group and comparison group. The general effective rate of cough, asthma and wheezed sound reached 93. 1% ,94.4% and 93.1% in therapy group, respectively, there were very obvious difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ） between therapy group and comparison group. Conclusion There were good therapy effect on asthma chronic bronchitis with suspended releasing Nifedipine and Shufumei.
