摘　　要：目的规范我院对药学情报信息的收集、整理和传递等操作,为临床提供用药咨询服务。方法通过信息资料的采集,建立信息查询档案和药学情报信息中心,并把有关药学情报信息通过院刊、院报形式向全院发放。结果向临床医生提供合理用药的最新资料,提高药物疗法和医治的水平,尽量减少或避免发生药物不良反应,使药物安全、有效的用到病人身上。结论该规范切实可行,操作良好。Objective Specification our hospital to the pharmacy intelligence information operation of collections,sorting and deliver etc., provide to use the medicine consultation service for the chnic. Methods Collect passing the information data, the estabhshment information search file, the establishmentdrugs intelligence report information center, and pass a concerning the pharmacy intelligence report information a hospital to publish,the hospi- tal report a form toward whole hospitalses to issue. Results Provide the latest data that the reasonable uses a medicine toward the clinical doctor, raise the medicine therapy and the level of the medical treatment, reduce or avoid the bad reaction of the occurrence medicine as far as possible, Make medicine safe and use patient＇s body effectively. Conclusion This specification is feasible in operation, which can be put into practice well.
