异位妊娠保守治疗的临床观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨异位妊娠保守治疗的临床观察及护理方法。方法对58例异位妊振患者应用米非司酮与甲氨蝶呤(MTX)进行保守治疗,在治疗过程中严密观察及护理。结果49例患者保守治疗成功,9例患者保守失败后进行手术治疗,保守治疗成功率84.5%。结论观察化学药物保守治疗患者,及时发现治疗失败的患者行手术治疗,给予认真细心的护理和健康教育指导,可降低病死率,提高治疗的成功率,促进患者生理和心理健康。Objectives To explore the clinical observation and nursing methods of the ectopic pregnant patients undergoing conservative treatment.Methods 58 cases of ectopic pregnant patients underwent conservative treatment with the drugs of mifepristone and methotrexate tablets.Careful observation and nursing were conducted the therapeutic course.Results The conservative treatment was successfully performed in 49 cases of the patients,and 9 cases accepted surgery after failure.The success rate of conservative treatment was 84.5%.Conclusion Intensive care,nursing,and health education could decrease the mobility,increase the success rate,and improve the physical and mental health of the patients.
