摘　　要：[目的]了解西岗区预防接种门诊服务现状及存在的问题,探索和建立更有活力的预防接种服务机制。[方法]按照大连市卫生局《关于社区服务中心预防保健部基本标准》文件要求和《预防接种工作规范》进行评价。[结果]7个预防接种门诊中,示范门诊2个,规范门诊4个,合格门诊1个。调查免疫接种人员40名,每个预防接种门诊平均5.7人,均持证上岗。7个门诊均实施安全注射,实行每周2次日免。[结论]西岗区7个预防接种门诊均达到预防接种门诊标准要求,能满足辖区居民预防接种需求。[Objective]In order to know the current status and existing problems in preventive vaccination clinics in Xigang district, explore and establish an active preventive vaccination mechanism. [Methods]Evaluation was conducted according to ＂ Criterion of Preventive Vaccination＂ and the ＂ Standard of Health Care in community service＂ by DaLian Health Bureau. [Results]Among the seven preventive vaccination clinics, there were two demonstrations, four criterions , and one was primary standard. Forty preventive vaccinators were investigated, all of them had certifications. There were average 5.7 vaccinators in per clinic. Safe injection was carried out in all seven clinics. [Conclusion]7 preventive vaccination clinics in Xigang district come up to the standard of preventive vaccination, they can meet the needs of vaccination for the target population.
