摘 要:[目的]建立北京市卫生学流行病学信息系统,为北京市卫生防病工作提供基础信息支持和辅助决策工具。[方法]全面收集近十年北京市卫生学流行病学的资料,整理分析后,建立相应的数据库,采用PowerBuilder和MapX多平台联合开发技术,采用模块化设计,实现系统结构和功能的集成。[结果]建立的北京市卫生学流行病学信息系统,由卫生学流行病学综合信息数据库、电子地图和地理信息系统平台三部分组成。综合信息数据库包括地理环境、水源水质、传染病、医学动物和卫生防疫资源等基础数据库、综合评估数据库和专家咨询支持库,基本涵盖了卫生学流行病学的主要内容。系统采用地图和菜单双重驱动,可方便地实现信息查询、专家咨询、空间分析及数据维护和系统维护等功能。[结论]建立的北京市卫生学流行病学信息系统,内容全面,操作简单,不仅能为卫生防病工作提供信息支持和决策依据,而且对北京市公共卫生信息标准化建设以及其他类似研究均有参考价值。[Objective]To establish a information system of sanitary and epidemiology in Beijing, and to provide a professional technical support and a decision- making assistance tool for the epidemic prevention personnel. [Methods]After completely collecting the data on sanitary and epidemiology in Beijing,and creating the databases, PowerBuilder and MapX techniques were used to establish architecture of the system and form its functions. [Results]The system is composed of synthesis database,electronic map and GIS plat. The synthesis database contains the basic database,the database of synthesis evaluation and the database of consultion. The basic database, which contained almost all the information on sanitary and epidemiology,includes the geography environment,water source and quality, infectious disease, medical sanitation animal,and resource of sanitation and epidemic prevention. The information in the system could be retrieved through the menus or the map by the level of county according to the region. It can also expediently carry out lots of functions such as data maintenance,information search,consultation, interspace analysis and system maintenance. [Conclusion]The system o5 sanitary and epidemiology in Beijing, with the merits of highly efficient and easy to operate,can supply the information for daily anti-epidemic work and decision- making. It would promote the progress of public health information standardization in Beijing.
