摘　　要：[目的]了解民营医院消毒工作现状,更好地贯彻落实《消毒管理办法》,加强消毒管理。[方法]2006年8月,在滨州市抽取30所民营医院进行调查。[结果]合计检测各类样品613份,合格的429份,合格率为69.98%。检测合格率,空气、物体表面、使用中消毒液、灭菌后物品、紫外线照射强度、医护人员手、压力蒸汽灭菌器分别为66.00%、58.06%、68.33%、92.22%、69.33%、61.11%、86.67%。调查医护人员120名,熟悉消毒知识的占19.17%,较熟悉的占32.50%。[结论]民营医院消毒工作存在较多问题。[Objective]To know the disinfectant actuality of the private hospitals. To carry on 〈Method for Disinfection Management〉 and strengthen the management for disinfection. [Methods]30 private hospitals in Binzhou were surveyed in August,2006. [Results] 613 samples of 30 private hospitals were inspected, 429 samples were up to grade.The yield was 69.98%. The yields of air, body surface, disinfector in service, aseptic medical articals （dressing and instrument）, ultraviolet intensity, the hands of medical care personnel, steam sterilizer were 66.0%, 58.0%, 68.3%, 92.2%, 69.3% ,61.1% ,86.7%. 120 medical care personnel were surveyed,23 of them were familiar and 39 of them were less familiar with the disinfectant knowledge. The yield were 19.17 % and 32.50%. [Conclusion]Many problems about disinfection were existed in private hospitals.
