2004～2006年山东省甲型病毒性肝炎疫情分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解山东省甲型病毒性肝炎(甲肝)的发病情况及其变化趋势,指导制定甲肝防制策略。[方法]对2004～2006年山东省甲肝疫情资料进行分析。[结果]2004～2006年山东省报告甲肝病人4442例。其中,2004年1974例,发病率为2.15/10万;2005年1413例,发病率为1.62/10万;2006年1055例,发病率为1.14/10万。3年的发病率逐年下降(P<0.01)。累积发病率,男性为6.71/10万,女性为2.91/10万(P<0.01)。3年中,3～5月合计发病1489例,占33.52%,其中3月占12.36%。累积发病率,威海市最高(23.19/10万),潍坊市最低(1.87/10万);50～59岁最高(7.27/10万)。总病例中,农民占55.45%,学生占14.12%。[结论]山东省近年甲肝疫情呈下降趋势,沿海地区是高发地区,男性、农民、50岁以上是发病的重点人群。[Objective]To understand the incidence and trend of Hepatitis A in Shandong Province from 2004 to 2006, so as to provide evidence for working out Hepatitis A control measures. [Methods]Hepatitis A epidemic data in Shandong Province from 2004 to 2006 were analyzed. [Results]4 442 Hepatitis A cases were reported in Shandong Province from 2004 to 2006,among whom 1 974 were reported in 2004,with the incidence of 2.25/100 000;1 413 were reported in 2005, with the incidence of 1.62/100 000; 1 055 were reported in 2006, with the incidence of 1.14/100 000. The incidence dropped gradually on a year basis（ P 〈0.01）. The accumulated incidence was 6.71/100 000 in males and 2.91/100 000 in females（ P 〈0.01）. A total of 1 489 cases were reported from March to May,accounting for 33.52% ,12.36% were reported in March. The accumulated incidence was the highest in Weihai City（23.19/100 000） and the lowest in Weifang City（1.87/100 000） ;The highest incidence was in the people aged from 50 to 59（7.27/100 000） Among the total cases, farmers accounted for 55.45 % and students, 14.12 %. [Conclusion]The epidemic of Hepatitis A was on a falling trend in Shandong Province,with the highest in coastal areas, the key groups were among males, farmers and the people aged over 50.
