摘　　要：目的：建立成都市新生儿听力筛查监测网络,获得准确、可靠并能反映全市水平的新生儿听力筛查资料,为全市新生儿听力筛查工作服务。方法：利用成都市妇幼监测网作为平台开展新生儿听力筛查监测工作;按照卫生部《新生儿听力筛查技术规范》的要求制定全市统一的基础数据和质量控制标准;利用每季度统计报表的形式逐级上报到成都市妇幼信息科;获得的相关数据,由成都市听力筛查办公室进行质控、分析、反馈。结果：快速、经济、有效地建立了成都市新生儿听力筛查三级监测网络,准确和及时地监测到全市产科医院新生儿听力筛查的情况。对2007年1~9月出生的29 128名新生儿进行监测,并追踪到2007年12月31日。其中转诊进行听力评估的463例（1.59%）,现已确诊有听力障碍的婴儿61例,检出率0.21%。结论：利用妇幼保健监测系统的平台建立新生儿听力筛查监测系统,得到新生儿听力筛查的各类数据,达到真实、可靠、准确和经济地获取信息的目的,及时掌握全市新生儿听力筛查工作的情况以及为政府相关研究工作提供依据。Objective：To establish the supervising network of newborn hearing screening in Chengdu,and to acquire adequate and exact screening data and material.Method：Make use of Chengdu women and children supervising network to develop neaborn hearing screeing work.According to《Technique criterion of newborn hearing screening》of Sanitation Department,set down quality control criterion and uniform datebase.Every quarter,the data will report to Chengdu women and children information center in statistical report forms,and then the Chengdu children audiology center is responsible for all the data analysis and feedback.Result：We have quickly and effectively established the three classes supervising network of newborn hearing screening system in Chengdu.We supervise the infant born from January to September 2007,and follow to 2007-12-31.There are 29128 newborns have received hearing screening,463have been refered to audiology center.Till now,61infants have been diagnosed hearing loss.Conclusion： Using women and children supervising system as platform to establish newborn hearing screenting supervising system,we can veritably and economically acquire various data of newborn hearing screening,in order to apply material and proof for government research.
