大学生QQ群聊中“意见领袖”探析

摘　　要：互联网的形成和发展从根本上改变了人际交往的方式,也使得人际交往的核心——"意见领袖"产生了深刻变化。在大学生QQ群聊中"意见领袖"由QQ群主、管理员、写手构成,其特征表现为真实影响中的身份隐匿、群体认同中的信任缺乏、平等交往中的优势领导等五个方面。QQ群聊中"意见领袖"的作用是非权利型的,在网络交往中既起到积极作用,也带来一些消极影响。对此,高校管理者需采取切实有效的措施加以引导,以促进网络时代大学生人际交往的健康发展。The appearance of Internet has fundamentally changed the manner of interpersonal communications. Opinion Leaders, as the core of interpersonal communications, has also been reshaped in many aspects. The university students＂ QQ group chat, consisting of QQ group owners, administers and writers, has shown its special features like virtual status, deficient belief, predominant lead, etc. The function of Opinion Leaders in QQ group chat would be summarized as a double-edged weapon. Therefore, some practical and effective measures should be adopted by university leaders, which may improve the development of present university students＂ web-based interpersonal communications.
