摘 要:采用等温压缩实验研究了具有不同初始片层厚度(3m和0.4μm)的TC11合金两相区变形时的微观组织演化,其中压缩实验的变形温度为920℃~980℃,应变速率为0.1s^-1~1s^-1,变形量为30%~70%。金相分析表明具有片层组织的TC11合金两相区变形时微观组织演化主要为α片层的球化过程。进一步的研究结果表明:在相同的变形工艺参数下,细片层组织(片层厚度0.4μm)的球化程度高于粗片层组织(片层厚度3μm);两种初始片层厚度组织的球化程度均随应变的增加和应变速率的降低而提高;变形温度对两者球化程度的影响存在不同的规律:粗片层组织的球化程度随温度的升高而增加,细片层组织的球化程度随温度的升高而降低;初始片层厚度和应变是影响TC11合金片层组织球化的主要因素,在两相区变形之前可通过β热处理+快速冷却得到细片层和采用反复镦拔等大应变变形得到片层完全球化的细晶等轴态组织。The effect of processing variables on microstructure evolution during subtransus deformation of TC11 alloy with lamellar perform microstructure was studied by using isothermal hot compression tests. Tests were conducted on material with two different initial lamellar thickness (0. 4μm and 3μm) at temperature range of 920℃ 980℃, strain rates of 0. 1s^-1- 10sz^-1 and height reductions of 30%- 70%. Microstructure observation of deformed specimen revealed that globularization of a lamellar acting as the main microstructure evolution phenomenon. The results of further study showed that globularization kinetics was strongly depended on initial lamellar thickness and processing variables with initial lamellar thickness and strain as the two major factors on globularization fraction, therefore globularization fraction can be greatly enhanced by reducing lamellar thickness through β treatment plus rapid cooling before subtransus working and large strain through multi-step deformation.
