摘　　要：保障电动机的安全运行,使其在发生缺相时及时停止运行,避免造成电动机烧毁事故,除了需对电动机实行常规保护外,还应有缺相保护。对电动机的缺相故障原因及缺相保护方案等作了论述。In order to insure electric-motor running safely,and to be immune to burn-up while lost its phase,besides of general safe considerations, some other protections should be taken into account such as lack-phase protection, so the rest of this paper will depict why an electric-motor lost its phase and how to deal with the problem.
