摘　　要：广东省经济发达,但农业发展相对滞后,且农村经济社会发展存在区域性不平衡,其东西两翼和粤北有16个贫困县,严重影响广东省全面建设社会主义新农村的发展计划;因此,在广东贫困地区实施"科教兴村"工程十分必要。本文强调了在广东贫困地区实施"科教兴村"工程的必要性;分析了其实施的有利条件和不利因素;提出了具体的实施方案。Although the economy of Guangdong the agriculture sector is relatively lagging behind. Province is prosperous, the development in Moreover, there are regional imbalances in the development of rural economy and society, and the province has 16 poor counties in the east and west flanks and Yuebei area. All these factors have seriously affected the Guangdong Provinces＇ development plan of fully building new socialist villages. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the project of revitalizing villages through science and education in the poor areas of Guangdong Province. The thesis stresses the necessity of the project, analyzes both favorable and unfavorable conditions of project implementation, and provides specific implemental schemes.
