构建我国体育经纪人职业培训体系的思考

摘　　要：针对我国体育经纪人职业培训工作现状,结合推行国家职业资格证书制度的要求,提出构建我国体育经纪人职业培训工作制度的基本构想。研究认为,促进培训机构多元化、开展培训需求分析、规范培训教师来源渠道、限定培训学员资格条件、合理设置培训内容、推行培训方式多样化、统一培训考核以及开展培训效果评估是完善我国体育经纪人职业培训的基本途径。Aiming at the current working status of sports agent in China, combining the requirements of national vocational qualification system in China, the basic thought on occupational training system of sports agent in China was put forward. The research showed that facilitating the multi-training institution, analyzing the training demands, standardizing the channel of training teacher, restricting the qualification of sports agent, scientifically setting training contents, carrying out variant training methods, unifying the examination and evaluating the training effects were the basic ways to perfect the occupational training system of sports agent in China.
