摘  要:目的观察七叶皂甙钠预防放射性肺损伤临床疗效。方法将64例放疗肺癌患者随机分为二组:单纯放疗对照组(RT)和放疗加用七叶皂甙钠观察组(RT+Q)。根据RTOG诊断标准将放射性肺损伤分为0~4级,以≥2级者为观察指标,同时观察肺功能、影像学变化;并比较二组KPS评分。结果放射性肺损伤总发生率观察组9.38%,对照组25.00%;观察组肺功能明显改善,KPS评分优于对照组(P<0.01),未出现不良反应。结论七叶皂甙钠能有效预防严重放射性肺损伤的发生,无激素类药物不良反应;可提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the preventive effect of escin natrium on radiation induced pulmonary injury. Methods We selected patients with lung cancer (n = 64) were divided into two groups. The control group was treated by radiotherapy (RT) and the observed group was treated by escin natrium with radiotherapy (RT + Q),starting on the first day of radiotherapy. Radiotherapy pulmonary injury graded from 0 to 4 according to RTOG. Above 2 grade pneumonitis were diagnosed, lung function and imageology's change were observed. The KPS's score was compared in all patients with above of two groups after 6 months. Results The patients were evaluated, the rate of radiation induced pneumonit is 9.38% in the RT + Q group and 25.00% in the RT group, lung function and KPS's score were improved in RT + Q group than that in RT group(P〈0.01 )without the side effect. Conclusion Escin natrium can prevent the radiation induced pulmonary injury and improves the quality of life in patients.
