摘　　要：国家图书馆工程采用了巨型钢桁架结构体系,由于施工方案确定的提升重量大,提升结构面积广,提升结构自身刚度差异大等都是该项工程的难点、特点所在,所以必须对提升施工进行详细的理论计算与分析,对总体施工方案的可行性、安全性、经济性进行初步技术经济分析比较,为制定提升方案提供科学依据和理论支持。Huge steel truss structure is adopted in the National Library Project, and its construction difficulties and characteristics lie in the heavy lifting weight, the large area and the stiffness difference of the structure. Therefore, detailed theoretical calculation and analysis must be made on the lift construction, and the feasibility, safety and economy of the general construction program must be analyzed through primary techeconomical comparison so as to provide a scientific basis and theoretical support for establishing the lifting program.
