摘 要:在人工修井作业过程中,往往采用原始的连续锤击螺纹部位后进行强行卸扣。据统计,2003-2005年,在上、卸抽油杆过程中因螺纹发生严重变形而导致抽油杆每年报废约8000根。为此,研制了XQY-2JB抽油杆动力钳。该动力钳主要由主钳、背钳、吊筒、抽油杆扶正器、扭矩压力表、液路系统等部分组成。现场试验及应用情况表明,使用该动力钳能大幅度提高工作效率,保证抽油杆上、卸扭矩严格符合相关标准要求,并可大大减轻工人的劳动强度,也确保了修井作业安全性。During the artificial workover operation, the original continuous hammering of thread part is often used to screw off. It is estimated that during 2003~2005, about 8 000 sucker rods are discarded annually due to serious thread deformation during the threading and unthreading of sucker rod. Therefore, a kind of XQY-2JB sucker rod power tong is developed. The power tong is mainly composed of main tong, back tong, hanging cylinder, sucker rod centralizer, torque pressure meter and liquid road system. The field test and application indicate that the tong can significantly improve the working efficiency and ensure the loading and unloading torque of sucker rod in accordance with the related standards. It can also reduce the labor intensity greatly and ensure the safety of workover operation.
