摘　　要：根据地理信息系统理论和软件工程方法论,结合城市空间规划模型方法,空间数据引擎(spatial dataengine,ArcSDE),GIS应用方法,软件开发技术以及网络技术,探讨了基于GIS技术的城乡土地利用规划支持系统的关键技术和设计方法;提出了决策软件平台的体系结构和应用模型,以及计算结果的多样化表达。最终以SQL Server 2000数据库及microsoft dotnet平台为基础,利用C#完成了系统的开发。结果表明:基于GIS技术的城乡土地利用规划支持系统在实现城乡空间规划的定性、定量、定位相结合和规划决策支持方面具有良好效果。Based on the theory of geographic information system and software engineering, combined with methods of urban space analysis model, spatial dataengine, applying method of GIS, technologies of software development and network, the key technologies and methods of the soil utilization and planning support system of the villages and towns based on GIS were discussed. As a result,the structure and applying model of the software and the multiplex expressions have been put forwards. According to SQL Server 2000 and Microsoft dotnet, the system has been developed by C #. The results demonstrated that the soil utilization and planning suppot system of the villages and towns based on GIS have achieved gratifying successes.
