火焰喷熔修形法提高Q235钢焊接接头疲劳性能的研究

摘  要:采用Ni60和Fe38两种合金粉末对Q235B钢十字接头焊趾处进行了火焰喷熔修形处理并对接头性能进行了测试。经测定Ni60和Fe38喷熔层硬度平均值为53HRC和31.25HRC。疲劳试验结果表明,经过喷熔修形处理后,Ni60和Fe38喷熔修形态十字接头的2×106条件疲劳强度分别提高了64.5%和42%。金相检查结果可以看出,Ni60喷熔层的晶粒比Fe38喷熔层的晶粒小。用有限元计算软件ANSYS对接头焊趾处应力集中系数进行计算,结果发现焊趾区过渡半径ρ是影响应力集中系数Kt的主要因素。Two kinds of alloy powder,Ni60 and Fe38,were used to improve the fatigue strength of cruciform joints of Q235B steel through the modification of flame spray fusing at toe of weld and the property of spray fused joints was tested.The average hardness of Ni60 and Fe38 spray fused layer are 53 and 31.25 HRC,respectively.The fatigue test results show that 2×106 offset fatigue strength of the welded joint spray fused by Ni60 and Fe38 increase by 64.5% and 42%,respectively,compared with that of the as-welded joint.The metallographic examination show that the crystal grain of Ni60 spray fused layer is smaller than that of Fe38.Stress concentration factors at toe of weld were calculated in ANSYS simulation analysis.The results show that the transition radius,is the main factor in stress concentration factor.
