摘 要:采用自制的双毛细管微型氢化物发生装置,将氢化物发生控制在一个很小的空间,使氢化物以最少的时间、最短的途径进入原子化器,所需栽气流量为15mL/min,仅为传统模式的2%~3%。在盐酸(φ=10%)介质中,铁氰化钾存在下,用10g/L的硼氢化钾为还原剂,建立了微型氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法测定锡焊料中汞的方法。结果表明,主要的基体元素对汞的测定影响较小,干扰离子允许量大,记忆效应小。汞含量在1.00~40μg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限为0.34μg/L。方法已用于锡焊条中汞的测定,相对标准偏差为1.42%~2.42%,回收率为96.8%~104.7%。A novel method for the determination of mercury in tin solder by microhydride generation-a- tomic absorption spectrometry was proposed . A self-made microhydride-generation device coupled with a double capillary was employed to control hydride generating in a very small room to make hydride come in atomizer within minimun time and pathway. The flow rate of carrier gas was 15 mL/min, which was about 2 %--3 % of the conventional model. In the presence of K3Fe(CN)6 and in the medium of HCI(Φ=10 %) solution, the determination of mercury in tin solder using KBH4 (10 g/L) as reductant was established. Results showed that matrix elements had little interference in the determination of mercury. Greater amounts of other coexistence ions could be tolerated and memory effect was little. The linearity of mercury content is good in the range of 1.00--40μg/L. The detection limit of this method is 0. 34μg/L. The method has been used to the determination of mercury in tin welding rods with the relative standard deviations of 1.42 %--2.42 %,and the recoveries of 96. 8 %--104. 7 %.
