摘  要:采用全自动制样,应用波长扫描X-射线荧光光谱法对不锈钢中Si,Mn,P,S,Ni,Cr,Cu,Mo,V,Ti,Nb,Co,W等多元素进行测定。将多元不锈钢相似基体拟合在一套工作曲线中,采用基本参数法,结合PH模式的经验系数法校正光谱干扰和基体效应。通过精密度测试和对比试验表明,该方法用于在线分析铬不锈钢和镍铬不锈钢系列中多个元素,检测值与标样认定值比对结果理想,贵重金属Ni,Cr测量偏差为0.01%~0.1%;方法分析及时(108s),具有良好的稳定性。Multi components such as Si, Mn, P, S, Ni, Cr, Cu, Mo, V, Ti, Nb, Co, W in stainless steel have been measured by automatic sampling operation and wavelength scanning X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. Similar matrixes of multi-component stainless steel were fitted into a set of working curves. Basic parameter method combining with PH mode empirical factor method were mainly used to correct spectral interference and matrix effect. It indicated from precision and comparative tests that if the method is used to analyze multi elements in chromium stainless steel and nickel-chromium stainless steel, favorable elongation of working curve and high precision can be attained, and optimum comparative result between examined values and certified values can be obtained, giving the measuring deviation of noble metal Ni and Cr in the range 0.01%--0.1%. The method is instant(in 108 s) with favorable repeatability and stability.
